My name is Herb Lamba and I am committed to living a life of significance.  I spent a number of years exploring my passions and am now committed to helping people optimize their lives.  Life optimization is not a destination, its a lifelong journey to live the best life possible.  I strive to get 1% better everyday and continue to explore my calling  - I really believe there is a calling on all of our lives, that something we are meant to do, and that is what is so important to me today.  Discover it.  Pursue it.  Teach it.  Be in service to others.

I am happily married to my wife Kathryn and we have a son Kieran who is the pride and joy of our family.  A life of significance is showing up with the courage to do what you believe is important and to explore the best of what is possible in life.  

I started my career as Teacher, but after 4 years of teaching, I decided to change careers and transitioned to IT.  I enjoyed teaching and I presently enjoy my IT career, however, I feel like its time to tap into my passion of personal development and life optimization to transform my life and take that wisdom to help others do the same.  We are all striving to express the very best version of ourselves each and every day.
